The compliance portal is available to complement our compliance assessments (FRA’s, H&SRA’s, DAA etc.). Comprised of an online utility that permits all our clients to view compliance via a dashboard, view and download reports, plus review and manage actions.

The portal enables clients to track, manage and report on compliance across a singular or multiple sites. A flexible and easy to use system, powered by Risk Warden, that can be tailored to each client’s operational and management requirements, optimising business processes, compliance, whist reducing operating costs and exposure to risk.

Property Risk Assessments

Once we have undertaken and published assessments, access will be granted to view and download the reports. A copy of the report will be stored and archived on the portal.

The document can be downloaded as a PDF, actions will be extracted to a separate part of the portal and can be managed and updated.

As soon as you log in you will be greeted by a dashboard that can be fully customisable to display all your company’s key metrics and compliance status.

An online tool that will enable you to manage and develop internal inspections and audits in accordance with the business needs.

During inspections you be able to complete live logs that sync automatically to create real time records of compliance monitoring and documentation. The status and actions for all departments and sites will be reflected on the dashboard, and available to review, delegate and monitor.

Report Generator

Action Management

The Action Management module enables users to manage & track these actions, continuing the audit trail to compliance. Actions can be assigned to any user that has access, including contractors, to manage and update. Whenever an action is linked to a report, the system will automatically provide you with a link to the document that the action relates to, as well as showing you the details for the selected action, including when and by whom the action was created, as well as who has looked at or amended the action giving you a complete history of what has happened to the action.

Site Management

Site compliance reporting and scoring provides an easy way of seeing a site’s compliance readiness. The reporting is fully customisable, allowing you to show exactly what site compliance means to you and how close each site is to achieving it. It’s also easy to see multiple layers of responsibility for large tasks, site documentation, and even individual actions.

Asset Management

Providing the capability to track and manage the inspection status of each individual asset across a portfolio of properties. Each type of asset can be set to have specific inspections required, enabling detailed tracking and analysis to be carried out.

Record Management

Property documentation is also represented via an intuitive calendar providing a useful snapshot of what is happening at the selected site. Documents and Scheduled Visits/Documents are differentiated by green circles and red squares. The system can also automatically update scheduled visits based on report frequencies and upload dates to ensure that repetitive tasks are completed throughout the year.

Document Management

The capability to upload, download and share any kind of document or file: from Word or Excel documents to images or CAD drawings. Documents and files are opened using applications installed on the user’s device. This means there is no limit to the type of file that can be stored. Overdue or scheduled documents can also be detailed by searching within date ranges for specific document types, for example, Health & Safety Audit or Lift Insurance Certificate.
